The qualified provider of electronic trust services QTSP EDIN ID LLC "ATS" reports that the stage of preliminary testing of the software and hardware complex, internal procedures and processes for providing qualified electronic trust services is currently underway. Within the framework of the preparatory period, a comprehensive check of the functioning of the system, the process of forming and processing qualified certificates of electronic signatures and seals, as well as integration with external information and communication systems is being carried out to ensure their correct interaction and full functioning.
The start of the provision of qualified electronic trust services to the clients of QTSP EDIN ID LLC "ATS" will be notified additionally.

In accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Identification and Electronic Trust Services", Section II of the Procedure for Maintaining the Trusted List, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine dated November 08, 2023 No. 139, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 27, 2023 under No. 2038/41094 and in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine dated December 13, 2026 No. H30, the Trusted List includes information about the qualified provider of electronic trust services EDIN ID LLC "ATS", as well as six qualified certificates of the Provider, generated by the central certification authority, which the Provider will use to provide the following qualified electronic trust services:
- Qualified electronic trust service for generating, verifying and confirming the validity of a qualified certificate of an electronic signature or seal according to the DSTU 4145-2002 algorithm and international algorithms RSA and ECDSA;
- Qualified electronic trust service for the formation, verification and confirmation of a qualified electronic time stamp according to the DSTU 4145-2002 algorithm and international algorithms RSA and ECDSA.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has approved the Regulations for the qualified provider of electronic trust services EDIN ID, which operates on the basis of LLC "ATS". At the same time, the key regulatory documents of the provider - the Certificate Policy and the Regulations on Certification Practices of the Qualified Provider of Electronic Trust Services - were approved along with the Regulations.

LLC "ATS" is one of the companies in Ukraine that has passed the procedure for assessing compliance with the European Union requirements for qualified providers of electronic trust services. According to the results of this conformity assessment, LLC "ATS" received international certificates confirming compliance with the established European requirements. These documents are located in the section "For Users → Permit Documents".

ATS LLC received an international certificate of compliance with the requirements of the Information Security Management System ISO/IEC 27001:2022

The information security management system implemented to support our services has successfully passed a certification audit and confirmed compliance with international requirements for protecting information assets, risk management, and ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification is an internationally recognized confirmation that an organization has implemented a comprehensive approach to information security management, including a risk management process model, access control, business continuity, and continuous improvement of the management system.
The presence of the certificate provides the opportunity to fully utilize the cloud infrastructure of the data center to ensure continuous operation of services even in critical situations. This is an additional level of reliability and trust for EDIN customers.
Obtaining the certificate was the result of the coordinated work of the team, members of the ISMS Committee, and all employees involved in the implementation and support of the system. All participants demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsibility and commitment to the principles of information security.
The certification audit was conducted by the international certification company BCERT | Baltum Bureau.
