Procedure for obtaining qualified electronic trust services:

• Register in the Personal Account
• Fill out a registration application depending on the applicant's status
• Prepare the required registration documents
• Pay for the services in the personal account according to the established tariffs
• Personally visit the QTSP office with the complete set of registration documents

List of documents required to obtain an electronic signature

For an individual / Sole proprietor:

• Registration application of the established form
• Original of a Ukrainian citizen's passport, ID card, foreign passport, driver's license, temporary/permanent residence permit, or other identification document
• Original of the taxpayer card (identification code). If the person refused due to religious beliefs — a note in the passport
• If submitting electronic documents — download the "Diia" app from official sources and complete authorization

For a legal entity:

• Registration application of the established form
• Copy of an Extract from the Unified State Register, notarized or certified by the manager's signature and seal
• Copies of documents confirming the signatory's authority (order/employment agreement, etc.)
• Original of the signatory's passport
• Original of the taxpayer card
• Documents regarding the authority of the collegial body (if necessary)
