The Operating Regulation is a document of the qualified provider of electronic trust services of ATS LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Provider), defining the organizational, methodological, technical, and technological conditions of the Provider's activity when providing qualified electronic trust services.
The Provider's Operating Regulation takes into account current legal requirements and ensures that the provision of electronic trust services complies with established standards and procedures.
The terms used in the Provider's Operating Regulation shall have the meanings defined by the regulations governing relations in the field of electronic trust services.
The requirements of the Provider's Operating Regulation are based on the principles of respecting the rights and fulfilling the duties of entities providing and receiving qualified electronic trust services, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Identification and Electronic Trust Services".
Acceptance of the requirements of the Provider's Operating Regulation by applicants, signatories, and creators of electronic seals is a mandatory condition and the basis for concluding an agreement with them on the provision of qualified electronic trust services.
